Join us for a unique and interactive workshop with Chef Olivier De Saint-Martin, Chef and Owner of Caribou Cafe in Philadelphia. This hands-on class will provide you with the skills and knowledge to become an expert on chicken cookery!
Learn how to choose a wholesome poultry and master the essential techniques for breaking it down. From separating the wings and thighs to deboning the breast, you'll gain confidence in handling poultry and understand the different cuts used in various culinary preparations.
Then, learn step-by-step two different recipes: Chicken Paillard with a beautiful summer salad, and Chicken Kebabs Provençal!
Finally, you'll have the opportunity to savor the fruits of your labor as we enjoy eating the finished dishes together!

About the instructor: Olivier De Saint-Martin is the Chef and Owner of the renowned Caribou Cafe in Philadelphia, PA. A seasoned culinary professional, Olivier previously managed Philadelphia Bistros and has been recognized as a Chevalier du Mérite Agricole by the French government. He is a member of the prestigious Académie Culinaire de France, a Chopped Champion, and has served as a Guest Chef aboard Oceania Cruises, celebrated for having the “Best Food at Sea.”
