About the event
Join naturalist and environmental educator Pam Golben to learn how honeybees make beeswax, and the process of harvesting and cleaning it to create candles! In this workshop you will create one poured and two hand rolled beeswax candles to take home. Pure beeswax candles are naturally fragrant with a subtle honey scent. Beeswax candles last longer and burn cleaner than any other type of candle. You won’t want to miss out on this opportunity to learn about one of nature’s hardest workers, and leave with beautifully crafted candles that will light up your space.!
Light refreshments will be served.
