Our eatery menu showcases the edible beauty of our regenerative landscape with inspired dishes such as heirloom vegetable salads, farm eggs in luscious sauces, sandwiches on fresh-baked focaccia, scrumptious soups, and delectable desserts.

 

And if seasonal, farm-forward cocktails are your thing, you'll love our artisanal liqueurs made with nuts, herbs, fruits, and vegetables from our land. The ingredients are freshly picked on the property and heavily packed and macerated several months before finishing the process. As our fruit trees mature, the array of liqueurs and spirits will become more plentiful!
