It’s the ingredient we look forward to every summer: tomatoes! Harvest your bounty, taste, cook, and preserve a range of tomato dishes alongside AOOA Culinary Director, Beth Goodwin, in this peak-season hands-on workshop. You’ll go home with a bounty of new recipes and a bevy of tasty tomato treats made to last all season long. Ages 12 and up (minors must be accompanied by an adult/guardian).

Beth Goodwin is AOOA's food aficionado concocting all of the delectable farm stand goodies.  Mentored from a young age by Mollie Katzen (Moosewood Cookbook) and Mona Talbott (Talbott & Arding, Hudson), Beth started her career in the legendary kitchen of Chez Panisse when she was in high school. Prior to joining AOOA as Culinary Director, Beth worked in restaurant development for Major Food Group and as a culinary consultant. She is a graduate of Cornell’s Hotel School and a recipient of the Kopf Prize in food & beverage scholarship.
