Cards That Bloom: Plantable Cards

Join Toni Riehle to turn used paper into beautiful cards that can be planted to grow wildflowers. In this workshop, you will learn to make a screen, create paper pulp from recycled materials, and craft unique cards to take home! By the end of this class, you'll walk away with a new skill and a deeper appreciation for reimagining paper scraps.

About the instructor: Toni is a passionate herbalist and educator with a deep connection to the healing power of plants. She completed a three-year clinical herbalism program at the Berkeley Herbal Center, and taught herbal and nature-inspired workshops in Sacramento before returning to the Hudson Valley. Toni believes herbal medicine is about more than just the physical properties of plants - it's the history, community, and intentional crafting that give it potency. Through recipes, rituals, and remedies, Toni inspires others to rediscover the wisdom of the natural world.
