Ariane will take you on a culinary journey, teaching you the secrets to making perfect soufflés, savory quiches, and the ultimate poached egg. You'll also prepare homemade mayonnaise (with a twist!).
During this hands-on class, you'll work alongside Ariane to prepare these classic dishes, using the freshest and highest-quality ingredients from the farm. You'll learn tips and techniques for achieving the perfect texture and flavor in your egg dishes.
This class is perfect for egg lovers and anyone looking to expand their culinary skills. You will have the opportunity to taste each of the items that are prepared. This class is suitable for all skill levels, and all equipment and ingredients will be provided. Recommended for ages 16+. Light refreshments will be served.
Ariane Daguin was born into a world of great food in Gascony, in the Southwest of France. She was an expert at deboning ducks, rendering duck fat, preparing terrines and cooking the game birds her grandfather hunted by the time she was ten. Ariane launched D’Artagnan in 1985 as the first purveyor of meats in the U.S. devoted to natural, sustainable and humane production.
