Prepare for the winter woes with green allies. Meet echinacea, mullein, elderberry, astragalus, linden and more. These plants are renowned for their anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-bacterial and immune supporting effects. Sip on delicious mullein milk and join us as we learn about their healing properties, how to prepare them and how to use them for colds, flus and infections. This is heartwarming, heart opening medicine that will nourish you all winter long, especially through times of transformation. This is a hands-on workshop where we will be making various remedies from these plants including elderberry elixirs.

Alexandra Radoaca is an herbalist, wilderness guide, and sound practitioner. She focuses on building health through nourishment and working with local, accessible, abundant plants. She believes that herbalism is accessible to everyone. All we need is to follow our curiosity and get our hands in the dirt, the plants teach us the rest! Â She is a New York State certified camping and hiking guide and a Wilderness First Responder.
