Herbs for Beauty

Join herbalist Toni Riehle to learn natural beauty remedies using herbs inspired by century old traditions! In this hands-on workshop, guests will explore the historical uses of herbs in skincare and wellness, uncovering timeless recipes that have been cherished for generations. You'll craft your own bottle of Queen of Hungary Facial Toner and take home a jar of macerating herbs to continue the infusion at home. In this class you will also distill a fragrant rose hydrosol and enjoy a tasting of a detoxifying herbal tea blend. Come discover how nature’s ingredients can nourish, restore, and beautify the skin naturally!

About the instructor: Toni is a passionate herbalist and educator with a deep connection to the healing power of plants. She completed a three-year clinical herbalism program at the Berkeley Herbal Center, and taught herbal and nature-inspired workshops in Sacramento before returning to the Hudson Valley. Toni believes herbal medicine is about more than just the physical properties of plants - it's the history, community, and intentional crafting that give it potency. Through recipes, rituals, and remedies, Toni inspires others to rediscover the wisdom of the natural world.
