Cooking with an Iron Chef champion and eating decadent Eggs Benedict al fresco. Can you think of a better way to spend your Sunday? Learn how to create this American breakfast classic in a hands-on cooking class with award-winning chef Elizabeth Falkner. The twist? We will be preparing the English muffins, perfectly poached eggs, and seared ham on the grill. Yes, you read it right: we’ll be cooking on the grill over vine branchlets! You’ll hone your hollandaise skills and go home ready to effortlessly host a truly epic brunch.

Light refreshments will be served.

Celebrated chef Elizabeth Falkner was born in San Francisco, grew up in Los Angeles, and worked her way up in San Francisco’s top kitchens before opening her first restaurant, Citizen Cake in 1997. A decade later, she opened four more restaurants in San Francisco and New York. Elizabeth has received multiple awards and was nominated for the James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef (2005). She has also competed and judged for the last 15 years on cooking competition programs including Tournament of Champions, Iron Chef, Next Iron Chef, Top Chef Masters and more.
