Welcome to The Art of Crêpe Making!

Join us for a fun and interactive crêpe making event at All One One All Farm. Learn how to make the perfect sweet and savory crêpes from scratch! This is a hands-on culinary workshop with Guest Chef Pierre-Yves Miton, owner of the French crêperie and bakery Petite Bretagne.

Get ready to indulge in a variety of sweet and savory fillings, and learn how to fold and present your crêpes like a pro. We’ll fill the savory crêpes (galettes) with local and responsibly sourced ingredients, and you’ll even learn how to make a homemade caramel sauce from scratch to fill the sweet crêpes!

To finish, everyone will sit together to enjoy the crêpes they've skillfully crafted during the class.

Each participant will leave with a pack of 6 sweet crêpes, a jar of homemade caramel, and recipe cards to recreate the magic at home!

Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to master the art of crêpe making in a beautiful farm setting. All levels welcome! Ages 18+.

About the instructor: In August 2020, after dedicating 25 years to human resources in France, Pierre-Yves made a life-changing decision. He bid farewell to Paris, joining his family in New York, where his wife had recently secured a teaching position. There, he turned his long-held dream into reality. Pierre-Yves, who had years earlier mastered his culinary skills at the prestigious Ecole des Maitres crêpiers de Bretagne, finally put his intense training to use and established Petite Bretagne, a bakery, creperie, grocery, and coffee store in Westchester. For Pierre-Yves, an avid food lover and cosmopolitan enthusiast, there's nothing more gratifying than offering happier than offering good food in a warm French setting!
