Porter/Dishwasher

About the Role

We’re a farm, café, and education center looking for a reliable, efficient, and team-oriented Porter/Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen operations running smoothly. If you're organized, hardworking, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we’d love to hear from you.


Seasonal: June through November


Required shifts:

  • Fridays: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

  • Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Sundays: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Possible 9AM-5PM Thursday hours for those with kitchen prep skills

Please note: We do not provide housing, and the farm is not easily accessible by public transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

$17/hour, 20–35 hours/week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware

  • Keep the dish room clean, organized, and functional

  • Support kitchen team with opening and closing tasks

  • Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house and public spaces

  • Run food during happy hour

  • Assist with basic prep

  • Contribute to smooth daily operations with a fast and can-do attitude

  • Huge bonus if they can help with food prep!

Required Qualifications

  • Positive, team-oriented, and dependable

  • Able to work independently and stay on task

  • Punctual and detail-focused

  • Basic English communication

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Handy and open to kitchen prep? Even better!
